This standard applies to determining the aesthetic quality of the Tofu65 3.0 Copper Bottom Case with Texture. Due to the inherent characteristics of copper and the CNC milling process, minor machining textures, color variations, or subtle marks are considered normal phenomena and do not affect the product’s structure, installation, or functional performance. After-sales judgments are based on this standard.

The blue area is Surface A (The bottom features a milled texture, while the sides are a raw finish without the milled texture)

There is no internal weight slot, so it is not compatible with dual-mode PCBs. It only supports single-mode PCBs.

I. Scratches / Dents / Impact Marks Scope: Surface A

QC Acceptance Range Under normal natural light conditions (not direct strong light):

• Dent depth < 0.5 mm
• Single defect area < 2 mm²
• Quantity of defects on the milled surface < 3 spots per unit

Items meeting the above criteria are considered normal aesthetic variations within process tolerances and are not classified as quality issues.

II. Milled Texture Characteristics Scope: Surface A The milled texture is a decorative pattern formed during CNC machining. It is a process feature, not a defect.

The following conditions are considered within the normal range:

• Minor intermittent breaks in the milled texture lines
• Slight distortion or deviation of the milled texture (length < 2 mm)
• Errors in milled texture spacing or depth < 1 mm
• Interruptions in the milled texture around the rubber feet slots
• Tool marks or paths on any surface other than Surface A are unavoidable consequences of the machining process and are considered normal.

The above situations are normal results of the machining structure or tool path and do not affect product quality or usage.

III. Oxidation Scope: Surface AB (All Surfaces) Although an anti-oxidation treatment has been applied, it is not permanent. Pure copper is a natural metal and possesses natural oxidation characteristics.
